About Me
Yoga is not just my business, it is my heart and soul.
When i have experienced my own suffering, breathwork and movement have always been my tonic. I know how much value this work has had it on me and am passionate about sharing this with my students.
I have studied vinyasa flow, meditation, pranayama, modern breathwork, yin yoga, , tantric yoga, yoga anatomy and even studied yogic philosophy in an Indian ashram.
I now use this 300 hour+ training experience to offer a work inwards and provide a deep experience for the individuals i teach whilst also ensuring it is functional and adaptable to your body. Whether the class is a strong dynamic class or a yin practice, the intention is the same: to create a space for you to connect with the body, mind and breath.

Jen hosted the retreat perfectly - from the logistics and organisation to nailing the retreat programme and food. There was a great variety of yoga and breathwork sessions with plenty of time for solo reflection and own activities. A true opportunity to reconnect and renew.
